Terms and Conditions of pq11 — Clear Rules for Playing Safely

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform pq11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described in this document. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not create an account or use the services of pq11.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pq11. To use the services of pq11, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Reside in Brazil and hold a valid CPF. The pq11 operates for the Brazilian market and its services are intended for residents within the country.
• Not be on any voluntary self-exclusion list for gambling or casino, whether through self-exclusion on pq11 or by any responsible gambling program in Brazil.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not hold a position at a competing company, commercial partner, or technology provider of pq11 that could create a conflict of interest in betting.

The pq11 reserves the right to request identity and proof-of-address documents at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Accepted documents include RG, CNH, and proof of residence issued within the last 90 days.

Each user may hold only one active account on pq11. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent operational limits is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, with balances held for review.

You are solely responsible for keeping your access credentials — username and password — confidential. The pq11 does not ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. • Credit and debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. No deposit fee is charged by pq11; your financial institution may also charge its own fee, over which pq11 has no control over.

The Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of the request, any day of the week, including holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the Pix account linked to the account holder's CPF on pq11. Transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted.

The pq11 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for compliance review without prior notice. In such cases, support will reach out via the registered email within 24 hours with the necessary guidance.

The pq11 may void bets in the following situations:

• Obvious odds error (an odd clearly inconsistent with the market due to a technical failure).
• Cancellation or postponement of a sporting event for more than 48 hours from the original date.
• Confirmed suspicion of match-fixing by the competition's governing body.
• A serious technical failure that compromises the integrity of the betting market.

In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned in full to the user's balance, with no interest or adjustments.

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false information during registration or in any verification process.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Systematically exploiting technical glitches or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome you have insider knowledge of (non-public information).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating employees of pq11 or other users.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or other users' information.

The pq11 cooperates with Brazilian competent authorities and may share user information when required by law or court order.

The handling of personal data on pq11 is governed by General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform: full name, CPF, email, phone number, banking details for payment processing, and transaction history.

Your data are never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with:

Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance; unplanned outages caused by external factors (internet failures, power outages, data center issues) are treated as the highest priority.

The pq11 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets consciously placed by the user within the platform's rules.
• Connection issues on the user's end (slow internet, no mobile signal) that affect the gaming experience.
• Information provided by third parties (external analysis, betting tips from other sources) that the user relied on when placing bets.
• Personal financial consequences resulting from using the platform beyond the user's financial means.

In the event of a technical error resulting in a bet being placed at a clearly incorrect odd, the pq11 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the wagered amount, even if the event has already taken place.

The pq11 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When that happens, you will be notified via your registered email and/or through a platform notice at least 7 days in advance for changes that significantly affect your rights.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support at contato@pq11.best. Before closure, any available balance must be withdrawn by the user. The pq11 will process the final withdrawal within up to 5 business days after account closure is confirmed.

The pq11 may close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or system abuse.
• Request by a judicial or regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity (no access for more than 12 consecutive months).

In cases of closure due to suspected unlawful activity, the balance may be held for up to 90 days for investigation before any refund is issued.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), and Brazilian legislation applicable to the entertainment and gaming sector.
